The design philosophy is based in extensive research into why change programmes fail, and how to beat the poor track record of such programmes. The key features are:
- Providing very good information, presented graphically, that describes the organisational realities of people working in the area of the organisation where the problem exists
- Through front end discovery processes, ensuring that the information links the issues challenging people with the business priorities of the organisation
