Developing great organisations ...
... in a sea of change

Magus Indexer has a simple and easy-to-use interface. A query builder enables graphical reports that report the current state by department, by level and level within department. This enables differences to be displayed and issues and causes to be pinpointed.

A diagnostic tool is provided to enable the facilitation of groups working through issues, to causes and actions.

The Magus Indexer window. Analysis of Magus Indexer data is a very simple process. The top part of the window allows the selection all of, or any subsection of the database - for example just one particular company department. The bottom part of the window shows the "polar" graphical view of the data, indicating levels of potential problems in the company. This graphical section is quite small in this screen-shot, so a larger version is below.

The Magus Indexer polar chart report. This is the simple visual representation of the analysis performed by Magus Indexer. Around the outside are the various potential problems identified by the model, and the circular chart shows the relative level of severity of each, where zero is at the centre and 6 is on the outside. 6 indicates high severity. The format of this chart allows the user quickly and intuitively to identify patterns and problem areas.

Another Chart. Compare the shape of this chart with the previous one - it does not take long to see that this department has a different view of the organisation. This means that the drivers of attitudes and behaviours are very different, and this is a matter that demands exploration, explanation and learning - translated into developmental action.

Magus Indexer Diagnostics. To help users get the most out of the Magus Indexer model, and to provoke discussion, Indexer comes with diagnostic tool. This screen-shot shows just one page - there are linked pages that cover all of the Indexer inputs and outputs, and there are navigation aids provided to enable rapid exploration of issues and causes.
